By uploading or sending material such as photographic images, audio(-visual) files, video material (collectively, “material”) and text onto Twitter, YouTube or the email address of the Hyena Project Ngorongoro Crater you explicitly agree to the temporally and geographically unlimited, non-commercial use of this material for scientific purposes and the promotion of the Hyena Project Ngorongoro Crater in all media. You concede all required rights of use to the Hyena Project Ngorongoro Crater.
You agree that the material may be transmitted and published in all possible technical manners, including on demand on the website of the Hyena Project Ngorongoro Crater, third party platforms, and social media.
The Hyena Project Ngorongoro Crater is authorised to assign the rights conceded to it entirely or in part to third parties or to grant and concede adequate rights of use to third parties.
You guarantee that no personal rights of third parties were impaired when recording the material and that all featured persons agreed to the recording and the use following the terms outlined here if this is required by law.
The material must not violate current law. If the material shows minors (persons younger than 18 years of age), their parents’ or legal guardians’ agreement is mandatory.
You guarantee to own all rights required for the aforementioned use of the material or that you can make use of the rights, and that no rights of third parties are violated. Please note: minors require their parents’ or legal guardians’ agreement to upload or send such material.
You indemnify the Hyena Project Ngorongoro Crater and anyone deducing rights from it from any claims by third parties in relation to their commitments or liabilities as well as from any expenses of an adequate legal defense.
The Hyena Project Ngorongoro Crater reserves the right to decide whether or not material is published; it is not obliged to make use of uploaded or sent material.
Material may be processed (e.g. shared, altered, stored, filed, used to produce cinematographic works or audio recordings, or deleted if applicable) by the Hyena Project Ngorongoro Crater at all times.
Material uploaded or sent to the Hyena Project Ngorongoro Crater anonymously will not be released.
The Hyena Project Ngorongoro Crater excludes liability for uploaded or sent material.
